Nick’s career spans 27 years and encompasses success as a Sales Person, Entrepreneur, & Senior Manager. Having built numerous companies, from start-ups to successful enterprises, Nick started his career selling security systems door to door, where he developed a passion for sales, management, and leadership.
Nick has recently held Senior Sales Management positions in the Software & Education industry. These positions required Nick to be involved in recruiting, training, and managing a diverse group of salespeople and support staff. Staff members included Tele Sales and Outside Sales representatives, Administration, and technical team members.
Nick Holds a bachelor’s degree in Business, a Dual Diploma in Business Management and Leadership, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is a professional member of the Australian Institute of Training and development.
As a dedicated Sales, Management, and Leadership professional, Nick believes investing in employee learning and development is the key to long-term business success. He has designed and delivered training programs in Sales, leadership, Management & Professional Development areas. He has consulted with various industries, including security, solar, double glazing, education, software, home improvements and property investments.
Nick has a practical hands-on approach to training, mixing humour and fun with accelerated learning techniques to make learning enjoyable and effective.
Chris has had a successful career in business. He has owned several successful companies and held senior management positions in the construction industry.
As a manager and leader, Chris attributes his success to his strong communication skills, likable nature, and ability to train people instilling confidence in their abilities.
Chris specialises in the delivery of Sales and Sales Management training. He has an entertaining delivery style that engages, enthuses, and inspires his students to challenge themselves to great heights. As a result, students achieve results that often pleasantly surprise them!
Scott is a real estate professional with 15 years of experience. Scott started in Sales and worked his way into the property industry’s finance and management sector.
Today Scott splits his time between his own Finance Company and training commitments where he feels strongly about giving back to the business community through training the next generation of professional Managers and property Finance experts.
Scott holds a Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking and is a professional member of “The Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia”.
As the office manager, Marie has a BIG job! You could say she is the glue that holds the whole show together. Marie’s number one role is ensuring that our students have a seamless experience. From initial enrolment to student support and communications, Marie is an absolute Wizz when organising, following up and ensuring things get done.
As a highly experienced manager, Marie is instrumental in our ongoing success at Upskill Training and easily wins the award for “The busiest person in our office”!
